From the M5 continue on the A380 then the A3022 following the signs for Torquay. When you see signs for the Seafront, move into the right hand lane and then bear right at the traffic lights next to Halfords. This is now Avenue Road, after the next set of traffic lights take the first turning on the left into Bampfylde Road, then the second left into Bridge Road. The Baytree is the third property on the left.
